The Orton Waterville Village Show 2008
         
         
 Report by The Chairperson of the organising Committee
This year's Village Show was once again a very successful and enjoyable event.
There were lots of visitors and the Tea Tent did a roaring trade.
Despite the poor weather this year the vegetable entries were of excellent quality  particularly the runner beans. 
Flower entries were a little down on 2007 but Floral Art was strongly supported with some beautiful entries. 
The Junior Classes were a delight and showed excellent work.  Congratulations to all who took part, and thanks to all who helped on the day.
